Those are hardware ceilings no software can lift. Optimiza removes the system-caused stutter and tells you when the limit is your hardware.
Install
Four steps. Takes about a minute.
- Download
OPTIMIZA-Setup.exefrom the releases page. - Double-click it and click through the installer.
- Optimiza lands on your Start Menu and Desktop.
- Launch it — it asks for administrator once, which it needs to change power and CPU settings.
Questions
Mostly: "why did Windows shout at me?"
Windows says "Windows protected your PC" — is this a virus?
No. Optimiza changes CPU and power settings, which heuristic antivirus mistakes for a threat, and public builds aren't signed by a paid certificate authority — so SmartScreen says "unknown publisher."

My antivirus quarantined it
Add Optimiza's folder to your antivirus exclusions. The installer bundles
FIX-ANTIVIRUS.bat — it's on your Start Menu as "Fix antivirus block"
and walks you through it.
Is it really free?
Yes. Free, no account, and it uninstalls cleanly.
Does it work on macOS, Linux or my phone?
No — Windows 10/11 only. The engine is built on Windows power plans, the registry and driver-level tuning. Other systems don't expose those controls, and phones block them entirely.
What about the AMD undervolt engine?
RyzenAdj and WinRing0 are not bundled — the app downloads them at your request, for licensing reasons. Everything else ships in the installer.
I want to build it myself
You don't need to — download the installer. If you want to build from source, the repo's
HOW-TO-BUILD-IN-THE-CLOUD.md walks through it (GitHub compiles it for free, no
local toolchain needed). src/ holds the Go source; the app is a single Go binary
with an embedded WebView2 UI.
I found a bug
Open an issue on the repo and include your Windows version, CPU and GPU.
